The room I initially stayed in had a slightly outdated decor, but the hotel staff graciously upgraded me to a more modern and comfortable room for a small additional fee. The rooftop bar offered fine views and the hotel restaurant served delicious tapas. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of everything. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

I loved the hotel's fantastic location, right next to a metro station that easily connected me to all the attractions in this city center. the hotel's cleanliness was excellent, and the staff was courteous and helpful, making it a pleasant stay.

Staying here was an amazing experience! It is perfectly located in the heart of the city, with a tourist train station right outside. The room was clean and beautiful, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The cocktail bar was perfect for enjoying the spectacular view of the sunset.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the hop on hop off bus stop and in the center of the city. However, it is close to the bars that were playing loud music until very late which might bother those keeping a light sleep. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with clean bathrooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful in every position, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast is average, but there are many eateries around.

The swimming pool is overcrowded, especially during peak hours.

This hotel in the center of Madrid is the perfect place to stay. Its location allows me to easily access all the main attractions in the area. The service here is top-notch, with room service and a helpful staff available at all times. The hotel offers amenities like car hire, dry cleaning, and even a shuttle service. The room itself was comfortable and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. Additionally, the hotel has a beautiful terrace where I could relax and enjoy the views.

The bartenders at the pool bar were fantastic - super friendly guys. The hotel is in a great location, right outside the Santo Domingo train station. The inside of the hotel was quirky, mixing a vintage feel with futuristic touches. The best part was the rooftop, with a swimming pool, sunbathing deck, and cocktail bar with amazing views of the city. The staff were helpful and friendly, making it an excellent choice!

It made it convenient to explore the city and reach different parts of town easily. I loved the fact that the hotel had a swimming pool. It was a great way to relax and beat the heat after a long day of sightseeing.

The worst aspect of my stay was the lack of attention to detail in the room. The mini bar did not work, and there was no air conditioning during hot weather.
